The Women’s Council, formed in 1982, is made up of a dedicated group of women who assist with the Franklin County Builders Association. The main fundraiser for the Council is the foodstand at the annual Builders Show. The proceeds from the food stand go towards a scholarship that is set up for an area votech student who intends on entering the building industry.
